Cancellation:
I know that sometimes life happens and you won’t be able to attend the session you have booked and paid for. 14 days notice is required to receive a full refund. Please message me as soon as you can if this is the case.
However, in the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by me, you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot attend this date, I will refund your full course fee.
Payment:
You can wither pay in full or 50/50. To reserve your space on the session 50% deposit is required. You have the opportunity to pay the other 50% 1 week before the course date. No spaces can he held or reserved without 50% deposit.
If you choose to pay 50/50 the remaining 50% payment will be requested by Hypnobirthing Teesside 1 week before the session unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property:
Any recordings, online or printed material included as part of this course are the sole property of Hypnobirthing Teesside & The Little Birth Company and may not be used or copied other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior permission from Hypnobirthing Teesside & The Little Birth Company.
Data Protection:
The participant also agrees that Hypnobirthing Teesside and The Little Birth Company shall hold your details on file and on computer and, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Disclamer:
Hypnobirthing is a holistic approach to childbirth education. Although you will learn how to increase your comfort and confidence for birth it is not a guarantee or promise of any expected outcome of labour or birth. Participation in Hypnobirthing classes is undertaken with the understanding by any persons or third party that no litigation or legal action whatsoever will be initiated or that no form of compensation or reimbursement or refund will be claimed or applied for at any time now or in the future against Hypnobirthing Teesside or The Little Birth Company under any circumstances whatsoever. Hypnobirthing is not a replacement of medical care or advice.
Agreement:
Any booking of a Hypnobirthing class assumes full and informed compliance to and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale. In the event of a dispute, English law pertains.
